How does Raico work?
Raico sources, designs, and develops high-quality goods using the same manufacturers as top brands and offers them to our customers at incredible prices.
How do I track my order?
You will receive your tracking number via email along with your 'order shipped' notification. Or you can go to this link directly to track your order. Track order status
When will my order arrive?
The estimated delivery date will be based on a few different factors, including the purchase date (when an order was placed), destination (the customer address), and shipping method (e.g. Express or Standard Delivery). Other factors - such as weekends, bank holidays and inclement weather – may also impact the transit time of your order.
If you have placed an order and have not received any updates, or 3 days have passed since your order date, please let us know. Our team will be happy to help!
Only received part of the order?
If you've ordered multiple items and there are items missing in the first delivery, then the rest of the items will be in the second shipment, which will be delivered the following day.

What is Raico's return policy?
How long does it take to process a return?
Once Raico receives a product return request, please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping and processing. Once your items have been inspected, expect a refund within 2-3 business days either to the original payment method or in store credit.
If a product that you have ordered is defective or damaged, please email us at info@raicostore.com .We will assist you in getting an immediate replacement if one is still available.
